Hi, I’m Amber Smith, owner and lead designer of Lush & Luxury Events. I’m a luxury-certified floral designer and event planner with a strong background in both creative design and business operations. I spent five years with H-E-B, where I served as a Floral Manager, overseeing daily operations, floral production, inventory, staffing, scheduling, ordering, and customer experience. This role gave me a deep understanding of efficiency, consistency, budgeting, and team management — all essential when supporting a venue and its events.

After stepping out on my own, my business and design style expanded quickly. I now specialize in romantic, editorial-style florals, large-scale installations, and cohesive event design, offering both in-house floral services and planning support that elevate a venue’s brand and guest experience. What sets me apart is my venue-first mindset. I understand the importance of clean installs, efficient load-ins and load-outs, timeline awareness, and designs that complement the space rather than compete with it. My background in event planning and business management allows me to anticipate logistics, communicate clearly with vendors, and ensure smooth execution from setup to strike.
